Dr. Garg is a cardiovascular physician who strives to make an impact beyond his immediate circle of influence.  Being born and raised in India, his aspirations brought him to the U.S. more than 25 years ago to fulfill the dream of a profession he has enjoyed for the last 20 years. After finishing his medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at University of Texas Galveston Medical Branch in 1997, he decided to venture west and moved to Oregon with his wife and children. His passion lies in preventive cardiology and lifestyle changes to help his patients prevent heart disease and other chronic health conditions. The attitude to do more and the passion to bring about change is what drives him. Beyond practice of medicine, he enjoys reading and watching his son play hockey.
