Erin McKay, MSN, RN, CNML has been the Administrator at Oregon Surgical Institute since 2020. Erin has been a nurse for over 20 years, and finds her greatest joy and passion in providing exceptional care for patients. After spending her early career providing bedside patient care at the hospital, she moved into nursing leadership in order to make a difference for staff and patients alike. She received the prestigious Administrator of the Year Award for Regent Surgical Health in 2021. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, studying Spanish, and hiking with her husband.
